All about Erika

Over the past 8 years, I have had the pleasure of working in both France and the UAE, helping companies with different levels of supply chain maturity. For example, I have worked with Eurotech, a medium sized steel sheet industry with no supply chain development, through to Apple - a global conglomerate which is ‘best in class’ in terms of its supply chain solutions.

I have built and developed supply chain departments from the ground up, implementing all the necessary processes along the way. I have reviewed and redrawn existing supply chains within a business in order to improve workflow, revenue and client satisfaction. I have also audited suppliers within a corporation and implemented changes that improved production capacity and increased monthly turnover by 11%.

As you can see, I am a person who is driven by results.

My work strategy is based on numbers, statistics and human interaction. I am constantly analysing your business information in order to improve processes and, therefore, your results. By doing so, I aim to increase your revenue whilst decreasing your overheads and overcome any obstacles that you are facing in your business’ supply chain.
